This male Tufted Duck / Vigg with an interesting “hairdo” was taking a break on the water in Ribersborg, Malmö. He was drifting within the lake and I kept following him while keeping my distance to minimize disturbance. After an hour or so, he finally stopped moving around and settled around the middle of the lake. I went to the water’s edge and stayed as still as I could. Gradually he floated within a good enough distance, and at a good angle, where I could take some close-up photos of him with his eye towards me.
